Service Department

  • To whom it may concern-
     
    I blew an exhaust hose out this morning on the way to a job.  I just wanted to say thank you again to Marco, who fit me into the Sat. a.m. schedule, and to Nate for expediting the fix, with enough time to spare for him to also change the oil and filters.
     
    Awesome customer service.  I had to crew on the clock, while the job was being done.....and we were fixed and out with plenty of time to spare to complete our job for the day.
     
    I purchased the truck from your used lot, and it is great to see that service works with sales to support customer loyalty.
     
    I will most assuredly be buying the next truck from Kirk, and I servicing it with Marco.

  • "One day, while on the lot, I noticed a Ford E350 cutaway van with what appeared to be a 14ft dry van body, trying to nose into the old Mitsubishi-UD sales lot. There was a black Mercedes following closely behind. He then backed out, did a u-turn at the end of the cul-de-sac, and turned into the Isuzu sales lot. The Mercedes, of course, still close behind. I could see that these folks were not sure where they were going – I thought I would lend my assistance. I couldn’t help to notice the mud flaps on this truck were from Peck Road, one of our competitors. I approached the driver of the Mercedes and he said he was here to drop the truck off for service. Evidently he was told by his boss that “these people work on Penske trucks and that’s the type of proven quality and dependability we’re looking for in the servicing of our truck” I gladly gave them directions to our service department and wished them a nice day."

Sales Department

  • Hi Kirk!
    Well, We've already filled the tank  ($80) with gas all the way up and drove it to Wilmington /405 to pick up 78 bails of shavings for the horses!
    Still had room for about 15 bails.  It didn't use that much gas--1/8+tank?
    It was fantastic to have everything enclosed!  (Every 3 weeks!) we usually strap on 2 pallets in a pick up truck.  THIS WAS LUXURY!  DAUGHTER - THRILLED.
    She loves the lift.  It is so user friendly. 
    It's little bouncy in the cab! I wasn't expecting it.
     
    Anyway---big happy reception from daughter & ex---I didn't know if they'd think I was LOONEY or making a great decision.
    Both are making big plans to use it!
     
    After we picked up the truck we went straight to the security alarm guy--all 3 doors are wired and I have remote lock/unlock.  Love it!
    It fits absolutely perfect on the driveway.  I'm still trying to firm up the final logo to airbrush on.
     
    We are all so excited about this truck!  The gas engine will be perfect for my needs.  Thanks so much for making this happen for us!
    It's going to be a great 2008!
